Do you offer prints?
A: All of our captures are shared digitally. Most of our customers prefer this because it's user friendly, it creates less clutter at the booth, and because...
well, everything is digital these days.
Do you travel outside of Pittsburgh?
A: Yes! But within a certain radius. Click the
Get a Quote button for the most accurate info.
How do we get our photos?
A: You can enable any sharing method:
email, text, QR code, or airdrop. Each package
is designed in accordance with the event
type, but you can add or remove any
sharing option. You will also receive
a zip file with all captures.
What is the cancellation policy?
A: A retainer payment of $100 is due
within 7 days of accepting your price
quote. This secures your date and is non-refundable. The remaining payment is due within one week prior to your event. If cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event start time, a full refund will be provided.
If cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the start time, a 50% refund will be provided.




ZIP FILE
How to get the captures from the ZIP file to your iPhone:
A ZIP file is a basically compressed data.
This file will combine all photos, GIFS and boomerangs captured.
The link will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours following your event.
(be sure to check your spam folder)
*TIP: The photos will save to the bottom of your gallery, while the GIFS & boomerangs will
save to your device at the time they were captured. This is an iPhone setting, not ours.
We recommend saving the file to your gallery as soon as you receive
it to keep the gap smaller (or create a separate album from your event).
